only 4 stars for rooms because I understand they're under renovations, so completely understandable. service was amazing!!! everyone was above and beyond and friendly as can be! I almost didn't want to leave.
The rooms were good, but the bed sheets were something to be desired. With some other comments, expect to hear noise from the small railyard nearby. The rooms could use some refreshing, as some wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom, and the floors were looking outdated as well. And there's the bed sheets. They looked like they hadn't been changed in ages, or were very stained by something. Same with the pillowcases.
The breakfast bar was the best in Hampton Inn we’ve experienced. The lovely lady, Alice Turner, was friendly, pleasant, and kept the food and facilities in excellent order. Thank you Alice
Decent hotel. For the most part the room was clean. Good breakfast and really friendly staff. The bed however was horrible. They were doing a little work on the place though. Hopefully they'll be upgrading that soon as well.
Customer service was great. Everyone that I came in contact with smiled and greeted me. I don't understand how a hotel give out of toliet paper. Room was clean with the exception of the chair in the room.
We left another hotel in the area after arriving and it was very dirty. We went to the Hampton very late at night and Amy was so accommodating assisting us to quickly get into the room. She provided excellent hospitality and customer service for our entire stay! Because of her I would absolutely return to this location and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much Amy for everything!
Visually off putting because it needs repairs! The breakfast was very good! Wide variety of edibles to choose from. I did check the mattress and had zero concern for bugs so beds were clean! The chair in my room looked like someone spilled wine on it or sat on it without knickers. If food is a redeeming quality then this place is pretty good if you don't mind a run down look!
Malia was AMAZING. Super helpful, super honest. I wish more front desk were like her! Maybe when renovations are completed, we’ll come back to say Hi to Malia.
